- When not in use, store your sterling silver jewelry pieces in a dry, cool place to minimize exposure to environmental factors.
We suggest keeping all jewelry that is not in use in the dust bag it came with
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and offer a 180-day warranty on all pieces. If your jewelry experiences an issue during this period please contact us at info@gardeniaco.shop, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
After the warranty period ends, we offer affordable restringing services for $5 plus shipping costs to ensure your jewelry continues to look and feel its best.
